CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

Preyas Inc. values customer satisfaction and aims to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION
• Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Please contact us at praveen@preyas.shop as soon as possible.
• After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may return the item following our return policy.
• Custom and Personalized Orders: These items are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production has begun.
2. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We accept returns and issue refunds under the following conditions:
Eligible Returns
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with proof of purchase.
• Custom or engraved jewelry is non-refundable unless defective or damaged.
Return Process
1. Contact us at praveen@preyas.shop to initiate a return.
2. We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective.
4. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
• Please provide photos of the damage for verification.
4. EXCHANGES
• We allow exchanges for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
• You are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.
5. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards and promotional items
• Final sale and clearance items
